| In Victoria, this is definitely a "must do" excursion! Earlier on the cruise, the Naturalist gave a presentation on Killer Whales. He talked about specific pods located near Victoria. Once we were suited up and in the boat, we headed out to take a look at "J Pod." The pod was just like the Naturalist described! It took over an hour to get to the whales because of the direction they were traveling, so we only had about 1/2 hour to observe them. The sight and sound of these whales was amazing. | |||||||||||||
