2008 Fundraising Information

The 2008 fundraising distribution is now over. All items have been delivered to the appropriate coaches and team members.
If you have any issues or problems with your fund raising orders please

by Thursday 10-28-08 evening at the latest.
All items ordered for the 2008 CYSL fundraising will be
delivered on Friday the 24th. Coaches MUST pick up their teams orders
between 5:00 and 8:00 p.m. on Friday, October 24th at San Andreas Community
Covenant Church. The address is 261 Treat Avenue, San Andreas. (Treat Avenue is a
left off of Saint Charles Street (Highway 49) directly before Treats Grocery Store). It is
imperative that ALL coaches (or representatives thereof) pick up their items at the time
previously noted. Most of the items are chocolate based and some items will be frozen
so all are subject to melting. The fundraising coordinators have NO PLACE to store the
quantity of items we will be recieving from the distributors and NO WAY to
transport the items anywhere.
Please, make sure that a representative from every team is in attendance.
"World's Finest" Chocolate Sales
CYSL is sponsoring a fundraising event to raise money for the league.
This year we will be selling Chocolates from Worlds Finest.
Order forms have already been handed out to coaches.
The fundraiser will run from August 1st through September 6th.
The individual who sells the most will win an iPod nano MP3 player.
The second place individual will win $50.
And finally, the team that sells the most will win $100 towards their end of year party.
Please pay strict attention to the following:
All forms and money MUST be turned in to coaches BEFORE September 6.
Coaches, all forms MUST be turned in ON or BEFORE September 6th. Any forms submitted after
September 6th will not count towards the contest and may not get ordered so please make sure
all forms are in on time.
Forms should be turned in on September 5th between the hours of 6-8:00 PM
at the Pizza Factory restaurant in San Andreas.

Print out these vouchers and present them when you purchase California Cougars tickets. With every ticket you purchase, $3.00 goes towards our Calaveras Youth Soccer programs. It's a great way to see your local professional soccer team and support the CYSL!!!
